  • Product Manager

    As part of the Value-added Business team, your job responsibilities include:-

    • Collaboration and partnership with key technology vendor
    • Driving professional services and solutions sales
    • Product introduction and update to internal sales team
    • Plan / derive sales strategy for the whole year to generate leads
    • Experience working with enterprise accounts

    Job Requirements:

    • Familiar with IT Networking Services and Solutions
    • Product knowledge in IT Security or Data Center Networking
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business development
    • Self-motivated, aggressive, as well as a good team player
    • Excellent interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills with good understanding of technology trends and market competition
    • Degree/Diploma
  • Channel Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the business unit head to meet/ exceed assigned revenue goals
    • Responsible for the day-to-day relationship management of channel partners
    • Maintain productive and professional relationships with key stakeholder personnel within the Tier 1 partner category
    • Ensure partner compliance with channel partner programs and agreements
    • Communicate new product launches and promotions; drives partner participation to vendor events
    • Lead joint partner planning process to develop objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones
    • Execute marketing activities
    • Drive partner sales and technical certifications
    • Provide quarterly review of the Tier 1 partner’s performance with key stakeholders
    • Work collaboratively between partners and EGUARDIAN field sales teams to drive white space discussions, work opportunities and manage events
    • Identify, recruit and on-board new partners that fill a geography or vertical market gap
    • Understand and work closely with channel partners
    • Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities
    • Stay abreast of competitive products, technologies and industry trends
    • Prepare presentations, territory plans and reports
    • Complete required training and development objectives


    Job Requirements:

    • 3+ years of work experience in selling high technology products in assigned territory
    • Knowledge of networking, data center and security technologies a plus
    • Proven track record of successful selling into channel accounts
    • Excellent presentation and communication skills
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; must be high energy, motivated and a self starter
    • Fluency in English is a must
    • Ability to work independently and multitask
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong project management skills essential
    • Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in a business field is preferred
  • Product Manager

    Key responsibilities:

    • Work closely with the business unit head to meet/ exceed assigned revenue goals
    • Responsible for the sales of company’s products within an assigned territory and/or within an assigned group of named accounts
    • Achieve sales budget by the growth of existing accounts and the development of new accounts
    • Maintain database of customers and partners and enters that data and interactions with customers in CRM
    • Leverage on available resources to develop effective sales calls. These resources include opportunities identified by previous sales calls, invoices, tech service cases, webinar attendees and sample requests
    • Sell new and existing products, discovers new opportunities, and secures incremental business
    • Assist and collaborate closely with assigned Inside Sales Representative to expand existing accounts and penetrates new accounts by targeting accounts and buying influences by name/title to schedule meaningful sales activities (e.g., WebEx and face-to-face Sales calls)
    • Explore, identify and communicate potential opportunities with the Sales and Marketing
    • Consistently perform effective sales calls throughout the assigned territory and close new business opportunities
    • Forecast with a high degree of accuracy through CRM
    • Actively attend industry and vendor shows and meetings as required
    • Provide timely communication and follow-up to customers and consistently meet or exceed the customers’ expectations
    • Provide pertinent market and competitive information to the organization
    • In collaboration with Sales and Marketing, develops short and long-range strategies for product expansion; assesses potential application of the company products to meet customer needs and prepares detailed product specifications for the development, implementation, and customization of customer solutions
    • Collaborate closely with Channel Managers on presentations, product demonstrations, and on-site customer visits
    • Research and analyze the territories and the company’s markets, competition and product mix; makes presentations on new and existing products to current and potential customers
    • Provide innovative problem-solving approaches to enhance organizational capabilities; use peer network to expand technical and sales capabilities and identify new sales opportunities
    • Devise new approaches to problems encountered and share approach with Sales, Marketing and Product Management
    • Assist in providing training to lower level Sales staff
    • Complete required training and development objectives 


    Job Requirements:

    • Advanced level of specialized knowledge, with record of sales success; expert in the field
    • BA/BS in Business, computer science, information systems or related field preferred
    • 4+ years of experience in a related area or equivalent combination of education/ experience
    • Track record of analytical capability in a high performance environment
    • High attention to detail and proven organization and administration skills
    • Ability to accomplish projects with little supervision
    • Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Office products
    • Experience using CRM
    • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
    • Ability to deliver written and oral presentations
